First, we want you to know that your satisfaction is what matters most to us. If you order something from us and you don't absolutely love it out of the box, rest assured that you can return most items to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
If we made a mistake, we'll take care of it. Period. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know so we can replace it for you. And don't worry - shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement. If your item was damaged during shipping, please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) detailed photos of the damaged item and detailed photos of the packing materials and box. We will need all this information to start a claim with the shipping carrier. Email must be received within 3 calendar days of receiving the item(s). If an item was damaged during shipping and we do not receive the photos mentioned within 3 calendar days, it may cause resolution delays and/or may restrict us from being able to assist with a replacement and/or refund.
Our return policy covers returns of most products in new condition up to 14 days after delivery. Items that cannot be returned include paint, furniture, bath and body items, or anything damaged through normal wear and tear.
If you've decided you don't like what you ordered after having it in your home a few days, no problem. Please email us at email@example.com for return instructions. Shipping charges back to us are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive your return, you will receive a full refund for your item(s) less the original shipping charge.
We take extra precaution when shipping our paint items. Rest assure we inspect each shipment that leaves our warehouse to ensure all products are in tip top shape. However, accidents can happen during shipping and if your paint product gets damaged during shipping, don't worry - we will replace it at no cost. To request a replacement for a damaged product, please email us a picture of the damaged item(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org. Also, include 2-3 photos of the packing materials and box so we may address the issue with the applicable shipping carrier.
Because each Furniture Paint product is made to order, undamaged paint products are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. We suggest purchasing a color card and/or a 4oz sample size to determine whether a paint color or product is right for your project.
