Custom Orders

We are pleased to offer Custom Order Services throughout the Denver Metro area.  All pieces are painted with our own Colorado made Chalky Finish Furniture Paint and each finish can be customized to meet your needs. 

If you are interested in a custom order, please follow the two simple steps below to get the process started...

1) Review our Custom Order Pricing Guide.  Please note that this is a guide and your specific quote may vary.  While the majority of custom orders fall within these guidelines, there are some one off situations that may require a price adjustment.

2) Fill out the Custom Order Quote Request form below.

We will contact you within 1-3 business days with a quote and estimated project completion time.  Custom orders typically take 3-6 weeks, depending on how many pieces you're wanting to refinish and the type of finish you are looking for.  We offer rush order options if you are looking for a shorter time frame.

Custom Order - FAQ

What is the cost?

Custom order prices vary by the piece(s) you have, the size of each piece and by the type of finish you would like. Please review our Custom Order Pricing Guide found on this page for pricing. While the majority of custom orders fall within these guidelines, there may be one off situations where the pricing will need to be adjusted.

What type of payments do you accept for custom orders?

We accept all major credit cards and cash. We do not accept checks of any kind.

What custom order services do you provide?

We specialize in re-purposing furniture using our very own Colorado made Chalky Finish Furniture Paint. We are happy to paint your entire piece or stain the top and paint the bottom. We offer several kinds of finishes, including a distressed and/or antique look. All of our custom work pieces will be protected with our all natural wax or scratch resistant Protective Finish.

What services don't you provide?

At this time, we do not provide custom order services for pieces that only need re-staining. We also do not offer antique restorations for purposes of maintaining/increasing the appraised value and we do not offer furniture repair services.

I have an old antique piece of furniture. Will painting it hurt the appraised value?

In short, painting can devalue an antique that has a monetary value attached to it. We recommend working with an antique appraiser directly for questions regarding the value of your piece.

Can I drop off my furniture to you?

Yes! You are more than welcome to drop off your piece(s) of furniture. Drop off is available by appointment, 7 days/week.

How does curbside pick up/delivery work?

We offer curbside pickup/delivery services with a 20-mile radius of zip code 80222. Curbside simply means we will pick up/deliver the item(s) on the side walk in front of the house/apartment or in the garage, so long as there are no stairs. We do not offer in home deliveries or in home set up at this time.

What if the piece of furniture I want painted needs to be found?

Not a problem at all! We are happy to give tips on where to find gently used furniture. We also offer Furniture Hunting services to help you find the perfect piece. Please refer to the Custom Order Pricing Guide on this page for our hourly rate.

How long does a custom order take?

Custom orders typically take 3-6 weeks. Timing will depend on how many pieces you have and the number of custom orders we currently have at our workshop. If you need your custom order sooner, we offer rush order services. Please refer to the Custom Order Pricing Guide on this page for details.

Our home based workshop is located in University Hills, Denver,CO. We are near S Colorado Blvd and Yale. Zip code 80222.

How soon do I need to pick up my piece(s) of furniture once they are done?

Due to high demand of custom orders and the limited space in our workshop, all finished piece(s) must be picked-up or delivered within 3 business days of completion. Starting on the 4th business day (and until the piece(s) are picked-up/delivered), a daily storage fee will be charged.
